With full theater productions at the Backdoor Playhouse each
semester, free concerts and recitals in the Bryan Fine Arts
Building and studios for glass, wood, fibers, clay and metals
artists at the Appalachian Center for Craft, there are plenty of
opportunities to get creative and enjoy the arts at Tech.
Athletics
15 NCAA Division I teams, including men’s baseball,
basketball, football, cross country, tennis and golf; and

Intramural Sports
Tennessee Tech Intramural Sports receives one of the
highest participation rates on campus. During the fall and
spring semesters, the Intramural Sports office currently
offers 24 leagues, tournaments and contests.
Student Organizations
Tennessee Tech’s academic programs will prepare students for a
successful career, while our student clubs will foster connections
that can last a lifetime. Currently there are more than 200 registered
student organizations on Tennessee Tech’s campus. Attend the
annual Student Organization Mix and Mingle to talk to current
members of each club and find the right fit. You can also visit
